Organic Red Raspberry Leaf

Organic Lemon Balm
Relaxant, antispasmodic, diaphoretic, carminative, antiviral & nerve tonic. Traditionally used to lift the spirits and alleviate headaches. Relaxing tonic for anxiety and mild depression. Reduces feelings of nervousness & panic.
Organic Red Rose Petals

Organic Lavender

Organic Stinging Nettles

Instructions
Steep 1-2 tsp in 8 ounces of boiled water for 5 minutes.
Contraindications:
