About

I am a Tul’ix Indigenous Arts Practitioner, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Health Science from Saybrook University and a Master's degree in Women's Health from Suffolk University . I specialize in working with heart-centered humans experiencing high levels of stress and overwhelm. I help my clients establish daily well-being practices that bring greater calm, clarity, and confidence to their lives while supporting the health of their mind, body and spirit.

I use science supported + indigenous practices like mindfulness, somatic based coaching, yoga, and Traditional Maya Sobada de Matriz (Maya womb massage).

As part of my practice I curate wellness experiences and retreats and use plant medicine, somatic yoga techniques, women's health, and mindfulness to bridge the mind, body and spirit of the women I work with.
